Developer Options
If you have an Asus Memo Pad or Nexus or other android device that the development options are not available, then you may not be able to find the developer options, in android 4.2 on some devices these options are hidden, what you need to do is.
To access the Developer Options menu, and things like USB debugging, just do the following:
• Open the Settings menu
• Go down to the "System" sub-section of the settings menu at the bottom
• Hit "About Phone [or Tablet]"
• At or near the bottom, you should see the "Build number" header
• Tap this area about 10 times, and the Developer Options menu should appear
Once you've done this, Developer Options should now be back where it was in the top-level of the Settings menu under System.
